Refund and Exchange Policy

Only unopened and unused products will be refunded due to the nature of the products and must be returned at the purchasers own cost. Refunds will only be issued once the products have been returned successfully. Payments will only be refunded back to the same card used to make the purchase.

Products must be returned, unused and unopened. If an item has been used or opened it can no longer be accepted as a return. If an item arrives damaged please contact us at Shantys.com . All returns/issues must be within 14 days of ordering. Misuse or heavy handling of products is not covered, however we encourage you to contact us.

All products are normally sold at a random colour selection, if you request a specific colour, we may or may not be able to fulfil this.

Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us using the personalised return label within 14 days following the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that we can’t accept returns delivered by hand.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.00.

Please note that you’ll be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you won’t be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us.

We can’t refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.

 

We are not responsible for any misuse or abuse of the product. And in such cases we are not held liable and so no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
